Cannot recommend Pittsburgh East Health Center enough! We started noticing neck movement limitations in my 3-month-old son, paired with a flat spot on the back of his head. He couldn’t independently turn his neck to one side and instead would move his entire body to look that way. He began favoring the opposite side, which contributed to the flat spot. We decided to bring him to Dr. Levi Trapanotto to see what he could do for our little man. After about 10 sessions, my son is now able to turn his neck to both sides, and the flat spot is nearly gone. I can truly see the excitement in my son’s eyes now that he’s able to freely twist his neck both ways. Dr. Trapanotto handled our son with such care and truly went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. Pittsburgh East Health Center became a happy place for our son, and he often experienced immediate relief after his sessions. So I’m an icu nurse for many years. The last three years I had debilitating pain in my hip and leg. I was using many OTC meds and some prescribed for me which never helped or masked the pain. I learned of Dr. Shultz and Dr. Levi through a patient of mine. I called them and after one treatment I have not used any meds for pain anymore. Dr. Schultz is a first-rate diagnostician with treatment skills to match. I have two vertebrae that were damaged at birth, one in my neck and the other in my lower back. Dr. Schultz was able to diagnose that the one in my neck had degenerated beyond the possibility of restoring full function while the one in my lower back would be able to be more fully restored. He prescribed a course of weekly treatments that improved both over a period of eight months. I continue to use less intensive bi-weekly treatments to maintain their improved level of functionality. Before Dr. Schultz had diagnosed and treated my condition, I had been treated by other chiropractors; their diagnoses were less thorough and their treatments were less effective. Other patients have noted that the cost of effective treatment can be high, but the relief of my chronic pain has been worth the cost. For patients with limited financial means or insurance that will not cover his treatments, he can work out payment plans that make them more affordable. He and his staff of medical and administrative technicians are also warm and welcoming to all of their patients. They provide an atmosphere skilled medical practice that is also caring. *
